Matched loading system

The pusher arrangement advances trays or supported loads through preheating, firing and cooling. The loading arrangement and push cycle are selected for the required residence time.

The original description specifies a corundum-mullite hot chamber with alumina-bubble insulation. Heating arrangements and exhaust are coordinated with the process.

The source catalog gives a process-dependent working range up to 1700 °C. Heating elements, refractory lining and atmosphere must be specified for the selected temperature. Instrument accuracy is not the same as load temperature uniformity.
